Since 2002, PDM Property Finance Pty Ltd (PDM) has delivered tailored property finance solutions to meet the individual needs of property investors and developers. Our services cover the simplest residential project to the most complex commercial transaction.

Due to the ongoing face of change continually impacting on the finance industry (i.e. continual merger activity, frequent internal restructuring of finance institutions affecting staff and account management, ongoing change to credit cultures/considerations affecting loan terms and conditions) our research has indicated a need for a professional service and a structured approach in meeting clients’ expectations regarding their property finance activities.

Paul Morton, Managing Director of PDM Property Finance Pty Ltd, has extensive experience in the property finance sector with over 22 years of practical experience gained from working for several of Australia’s leading financial institutions.

Our competitive advantage continues to be our depth of property finance expertise and our solid relationships with specialist property lenders and financial institutions. We have also forged strong alliances with developers, builders and in other property related disciplines including valuers, quantity surveyors, marketing agents and architects. This allows us to add value and ensure we have the most current market information on hand to assist our clients.

PDM’s aim is to co-ordinate and facilitate financing activities, taking the ‘complex’ out of the transaction and making it ‘simple’ for our clients. Our ability to work closely with our clients and financial institutions in an honest and transparent manner also provides our company with a point of difference. We pride ourselves on building long term, lasting relationships.
